White Barked Trees

Compared with trees with dark ugly barks, white barked tree have beautiful skins and it present an attractive landscape for your backyard. These trees can serve as some plants which you can be proud of. If planted in bulk in rustic areas, they form excellent scenery especially in autumn with their golden foliage.

Birch tree is one of the most famous trees having beautiful white barks. Although there are still dark markings, the trunk look very attractive on the pure white colors. It will be a great match on a green lawn with green plants in the back. They have shallow roots which enable them to absorb water easily regardless of the soil type. Birch trees do not like dry and hot climates, and this determine that they can only live in mild zones.

Quaking Aspen tree is another white-bark tree species which is mainly planted in North America. Their colorful white bark enables them to be used as a main landscaping tree for private gardens. It is a deciduous tree and its leaves will turn yellow in autumn which add extra beauty for your backyard along with the white barks. Unlike birch trees, this tree can tolerate a variety of unpleasant environment. It can have a high growth rate provided their preferred environment like adequate sunlight and water is available.

Native to Australia, eucalyptus trees can tolerate extreme drought environment. They have beautiful white barks which enable them to be a good candidate for landscaping purposes.
