The maidenhair tree can grow more than 20 meters in height and with a canopy of up to 20 meters. The shape of its leaves very resembles a fan, and their leaves are gathered in clusters as well. In autumn the foliage will turn yellow and then fall quickly. There will be some fruits in female trees, and both male and female tree prefer full sunlight to grow.

The European larch is another tree species with yellow foliages. Its leaves have needle like shapes and they will turn yellow before falling to the ground in autumn. It can grow up to 30 meters high like a pyramid. It prefers full sunlight and well-drained soil structure which is slightly acidic.

The European white birch trees also have yellow leaves in autumn. The trees have while barks and can grow up to 15 meters in height. Native to Russia, it likes full sunlight and well-drained soil. It is also ok for partial shade environment.
