Landscaping Trees For Privacy

If your garden are near the noisy streets, you may need some privacy trees to block your yard from the external world while keep attractive landscape. There are some good choices of landscaping trees which can provide your some natural solutions for privacy protection. As a rule of thumb, the best candidates for landscaping purposes and privacy protection are those which have dense foliage and low branches to block your yard from the outside.

As a typical tree for privacy protection purpose, magnolia trees are a good choice for thousands of gardens. They usually need very little maintenance and resist most pests as well. Some of them are huge trees while others are not. Some compact version of this tree can be used as the hedging purposes like Little Gem or Sweet Bay. Their wide spread of foliage and up to 20 feet height make a perfect choice for privacy protection.

Trident Maple is a member of the maple family which can be planted as a privacy protection tree. Most of them can grow more than 20 feet in height with a similar spread. They can resist most coarse conditions such as drought and compact soil types. They can be good choices for filling edges of the garden or lawns. You should avoid planting them too close to your house to lower the chance of being broken. The red color of their leaves is the most outstanding features in autumn, making it a great choice for landscaping purposes.
