A nectarine contains 1 milligrams of Vitamin E which is about 5 percent of the recommended daily intake. Also, nectarines also contain other nutrients such as Vitamin A & K and Iron. To boost the health of your body, you can consume one or two nectarines each day along with some cereals meals to complement the intake of dietary fibre.
