Moreover, cashews contain abundant Omega-3 fatty acids which can be beneficial for hearts and vessels and lower the risk of cardiac arrhythmia.

Apart from monounsaturated fat and Omega-3 fat, cashews are also a rich source of various vitamins. Based on the nutritional facts, one ounce of cashews contains 30 percent of copper and 20 percent of magnesium for the daily intake of a person. Magnesium is an important element to lower the risk of high blood pressure and heart diseases.
